The Fink Group owns and manages two of Australia’s most loved and awarded restaurants, Quay and Otto Ristorante. As well as being two of the country’s most popular dining destinations, both locations host a variety of events within their stunning function spaces. 

Perched on the dress circle of Sydney Harbour at the end of the International Terminal in the historic Rocks village, Quay is indisputably the highest ranked Australian restaurant in the world. In 2011 Quay was voted Number 26 on the coveted San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, alongside being judged Best Restaurant in Australasia.

Quay has long been one of Australia’s most awarded restaurants, one of only two to be awarded three hat status for nine years in a row. The restaurant also rewrote culinary history when it scored Best Restaurant in both major industry awards (The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2009 and 2010, and The Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Guide 2009 and 2010) for two years in a row.
A little known secret is that the restaurant boasts three impeccable function spaces that enjoy breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour.

The Fink Group bought Otto Ristorante in 2006, and have since raised the bar of dining at the Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo, one of Sydney’s most charismatic historic sites. Full of charm, the wharf is the perfect backdrop for the Otto experience, run from a sophisticated food philosophy at the heart of which is that oldest of Italian traditions “Vivi Bene, Mangia Bene” (to live well, is to eat well!).
